After every support ticket you receive a one-click rating link. Two seconds of your time helps us spot patterns — both individual engineers who go above and beyond, and recurring issues we need to fix in the product.

How it works

  1. Once your ticket is marked Resolved, an SMS / email goes out with a 1-to-5 star link.
  2. Tap a star. Optionally add a one-line comment.
  3. Anything below 4 stars opens automatically with our service-quality team within 24 hours.

What we do with your ratings

  • Weekly review of every rating under 4 stars — we call you back to understand what we missed.
  • Engineer scorecards — consistent 5-star engineers are nominated for our internal recognition program.
  • Product backlog — any complaint that points at the software (not the support process) becomes a logged enhancement.
Tip — Honest ratings are far more useful than polite ones. If something was frustrating, tell us — that is the only way it gets fixed.
