A filterable dashboard
The Dashboard is your at-a-glance view of the business. It is built around three filters — At, Segment and Analyze — plus a set of View Options that decide which chart fills the central panel.
At (Filter by: Terminals / CostCenters / Agency / Retail / Consumers / Item / Item Category)
The "At" filter scopes the dashboard to a slice of your business. Pick one and the charts redraw to just that slice — for example "all counters at this branch" or "a particular consumer".
Segment (Agriculture / NT / Standard / Vendors)
The "Segment" filter groups your transactions by business segment. The exact list is set in Application Setting.
Analyze (Monthly / Yearly / Daily)
Controls the time grain. Monthly is the default; Daily is useful at month-end; Yearly is for trends.
View Options
A toolbar of toggles for the chart you want to see. Each toggle replaces the central panel with a different view.
Time wise Analysis
Line chart of the selected metric over the selected time grain.
Profit / Discount / Tax Total
Three side-by-side panels showing profit, total discount given, and total tax collected.
Inward / Outward
Stacked bars comparing inward (purchases / receipts) vs outward (sales / issues).
Item category wise / Budget Category wise
Pie / bar by item category or budget head.
Inv Type wise / Item wise
Breakdown by invoice type (cash / credit / return) or by individual item.
Rate Analysis / Rates
Average rate trends per item over the selected period.
