Overview

The Support & Help section is the fastest path from "I'm stuck" to "I'm unstuck". Start with the FAQ for one-line answers, drop into Troubleshooting for the three problems we see most often, and use Contact when you need a real person.

How to get help fastest

  1. Search this site first — press Ctrl + K from any page and type a few keywords from the screen title or error message.
  2. Check the FAQ & Troubleshooting — 8 out of 10 incidents are already documented there.
  3. Call or message us via the numbers on the Contact page. Keep your Lic Name and Location ready so we can pull up your installation.
Tip — If you have an active Support Agreement, you get priority phone response and remote-desktop assistance. Without one, we still help — just slower.
