The Support & Help section is the fastest path from "I'm stuck" to "I'm unstuck". Start with the FAQ for one-line answers, drop into Troubleshooting for the three problems we see most often, and use Contact when you need a real person.
How to get help fastest
- Search this site first — press Ctrl + K from any page and type a few keywords from the screen title or error message.
- Check the FAQ & Troubleshooting — 8 out of 10 incidents are already documented there.
- Call or message us via the numbers on the Contact page. Keep your Lic Name and Location ready so we can pull up your installation.
Tip — If you have an active Support Agreement, you get priority phone response and remote-desktop assistance. Without one, we still help — just slower.
