Lists
Master-data lists in tabular form — items, customers, suppliers, ledgers, users.
Overview
The Lists area is the simplest form of report — one row per master record. Useful for exports to Excel, for audits, for cleanup work, and as a starting point when you don't know exactly which dedicated report you need. Every list supports the same filter set, column-picker and export options.
Item List
All items with category, UOM, default tax, default rate and active flag. Filters by category and active-only let you focus the list; column-picker turns off columns you don't need. Standard export to PDF and Excel.
Customer List
All customers with address, GSTIN, credit limit and current outstanding. Sort by outstanding descending for a quick collection priority list. Group-by salesman, region or rate standard from the column header.
Supplier List
All suppliers with payment terms, GSTIN, lead time and outstanding payable. Useful for monthly payment runs and for cash-flow planning.
Ledger List
All ledger accounts with their group and current balance. Useful for chart-of-accounts review and for spotting orphan ledgers (no movement, no balance) that can be merged or disabled.
User List
All users with role, allowed locations and last-login date. Disable any user with no login in the last 90 days as a security hygiene practice.
