What is Xn Enterprise Suite?

A multi-vertical desktop ERP

Xn Enterprise Suite (branded as ZN ERP for the product line, distributed under the Microsysit Apps umbrella) is a Windows-based ERP for small and mid-sized organisations. One application covers Inventory, Sales & Purchase, Accounts & GST, HR & Payroll, Hospital / OPD, Production / MRP, Plantation and Reports — so you do not need a separate package for each function.

What is in the box

• xn.exe — the main application.
• ssm.exe (SQL Server Manager) — helper for starting / stopping SQL and attaching databases.
• Xn-Talk — internal chat, broadcast, and licence registration channel.
• Xn Licensing — online activation / renewal.
• XnInstaller — one-step installer that lays down all of the above.

Deployment model

ZN ERP is a thick-client desktop application talking to a SQL Server database. For a single-user setup, both run on the same Windows machine using SQL Server LocalDB. For a multi-user setup, you nominate one machine as the server (running SQL Server) and other machines connect over the LAN.

A web add-on (znerp.net) is available for owners who want browser access to dashboards and approvals from outside the office.
