Login to User
Choose user type, location and credentials on the ZN ERP login screen.
The login screen
Once the datacenter is selected and the Xn-Talk-ID is registered, every future launch drops you at the login screen. The screen is divided into User Type on top and LoginID / Location below.
User Type Selection
Pick the kind of session you want to start. The list is set up by your admin and typically includes:
- Counter — billing-only access at a POS counter.
- Standard — full back-office access subject to the user's role.
- Administrator — everything, including Access Setting and Application Setting.
- Doctor / Nurse — clinical staff in hospital installations.
Selecting a user type filters the user list below to people authorised for that type.
LoginID / Location
This is where you actually authenticate. The four fields:
- LoginID — your username (typically your name or a short code your admin gave you).
- Password — case-sensitive. First-time users get a temporary password from their admin and are forced to change it on first login.
- Location — which branch / counter / warehouse you are sitting at. Some users are restricted to one location; others can pick from a list.
- Captcha — only shown after several failed attempts.
The Remember this Login checkbox stores the LoginID (never the password) for next time. Use it only on shared workstations where every shift is the same person.
Important — Five consecutive failed logins lock the user. An admin must unlock from Standard Users.
