Reference

Overview

The Reference section is for quick lookups, not cover-to-cover reading. Bookmark these pages and come back to them when you need to find a screen by name, decode a piece of jargon, or look up the exact menu number to mention in a support ticket.

It is organised around four common needs:

• Find a screen — the A–Z menu index lists every page in ZN ERP with a direct link.
• Decode a term — the glossary explains the abbreviations and accounting / GST jargon you will encounter.
• Speed up data entry — the keyboard shortcut reference covers every key that works application-wide, plus the F-keys on transaction screens.
• Power-user lookups — menu numbers, file paths, permission keys, status codes, print-format names, UI icons, UOMs, date/number formats.

Suggested reading order

1. Glossary of Terms — skim once so the rest of the docs read smoothly.
2. Keyboard Shortcuts — learn the global keys; F-keys can wait for daily use.
3. Full Menu Index — bookmark it as your jump-list.
4. Document Status Codes — useful the first time a document gets stuck.
5. Permission Keys — needed when setting up a new user.
6. File Paths & Folders — needed for backups and IT support.
