Reports & Analysis
Cross-module lists, special analytical reports and print management.
Reports & Analysis
This module brings together the reporting screens that don't belong inside one specific module — cross-cutting lists, scheme audits, special analytical reports, manufacturing-floor reports, and the print framework. Each module also has its own reports embedded; this section is for the ones that span more than one module or that serve management rather than operators.
Concepts to know first
- List — one row per master record. Useful for exports and audits.
- Special report — a curated analytical view (Top Customers, Dead Stock, Stock Cover Days, etc.).
- Print definition — the mapping of document → template → printer per location.
- Batch print — reprint many documents (invoices, slips, labels) in one go.
Typical use pattern
- Morning: management reviews dashboards and trend charts.
- During the day: operators run lists to audit specific data; print desk runs batch prints.
- End of week: category managers review Top Items, Margin Analysis, Returns Analysis.
- End of month: special reports (Cash Flow Projection, Stock Cover Days) inform the monthly review.

- Every operational module — the reports here aggregate data from each.
- File Management → Templates — defines how documents print.
