Suggest a feature or report a bug
Most of the best ideas in ZN ERP came from users. If you have a feature request, a screen that frustrates you, or a defect that is not quite a "support incident", this is the channel.
How to send feedback
- Email feedback@xnservices.net with a short subject like "Item Batch: suggestion" or "Invoice: duplicate save on slow network".
- Include the screen name and the menu path (for example Sales & Purchase → Transactions → Invoice).
- Attach a screenshot if possible — one picture saves a lot of words.
- Tell us how often it happens and what the impact is.
What happens next
- You receive an acknowledgement within 1 business day.
- Bugs go into the engineering backlog and ship with the next minor release.
- Feature requests are reviewed monthly. Big ones may be quoted as custom work; small ones often land in the next major release.
- If we cannot do it, we will tell you why — you will never just be ghosted.
