Overview
Communication & Integration plugs the application into the outside world — SMS, email, payment gateways and APIs to external systems. Most are configured once and forgotten; the section below shows the common provider examples.
SMS Gateway
Connect an SMS provider (Msg91, Textlocal, Twilio) for OTP, salary-slip alerts, invoice-paid receipts and appointment reminders. Templates are managed inside the application; provider credentials are stored encrypted.
Email (SMTP)
Outbound mail server (SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun or your own SMTP) for emailing invoices, salary slips, statements and reports. Test-send from the screen before going live.
Payment Gateway
Online payment links on B2C invoices via Razorpay, PayU or Cashfree. Settled payments auto-reconcile against the corresponding invoice.
API Tokens
Tokens that external systems (e-commerce, marketplaces, in-house apps) use to read from or write to ZN ERP. Each token is scoped to a set of endpoints and a rate limit; revoke any time.
Xn-Talk Mapping
The Xn-Talk Mapping screen connects each ZN ERP location to its Xn-Talk messaging endpoint — required for the in-app chat, internal notifications and the support channel that ships with the suite. The table captures location, network location, Xn-Talk ID and city per row.
