Mfg Reports
Production-floor reports — production, yield, BOM variance and shifts.
Overview
The Mfg Reports area is the readout for the production floor — what was produced, in what quantity, with what yield, on which shift, with what BOM variance. Pair with the operational documents under Production Receipt and Consumption Entry for the full picture.
Production Summary
Quantities produced by item, line and shift for a period, with yield percent. The standard daily readout for the production manager.
Yield Analysis
Actual yield versus expected yield (from BOM) per finished item, with variance value. Persistent low yield is a process issue; spiky yield is usually a quality-of-input issue.
BOM Variance
Compares actual raw-material consumption against BOM-suggested consumption per production order. Highlights items being over- or under-consumed; data feeds BOM tuning over time.
Shift Report
Shift-wise production, downtime and operator productivity for a date range. Used in the shift handover meeting and for monthly operator review.
