Before you call

Have these ready — it shaves minutes off every call:

  • Your Lic Name (visible in Xn Licensing).
  • The exact screen name and the error message text.
  • Whether the issue happens for one user, one machine, or everyone.
  • What changed recently — Windows update, anti-virus install, new printer?
Tip — If you can take a screenshot of the error (Win + Shift + S) and email it before the call, the engineer often has a fix waiting when you reach them.
